All domain sales are final due to the nature of digital ownership and instant transfer. Once a domain is purchased and transferred, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If a transfer issue occurs due to registrar delays, we will assist until the domain is fully delivered.
No refunds on:
- Completed transfers
- Digital ownership
- Buyer mistakes (wrong domain selected)
